From a Family Kitchen to a Palace of Flavour
Founded in 2019 by Chef Adetokunbo Williams, Faaji & Brew Palace started as a weekend supper club in Surulere. What began as sharing family recipes with thirty guests has grown into one of Lagos' most celebrated dining destinations.
The name "Faaji" — meaning joy and celebration in Yoruba — says everything about what we stand for. Every detail, from the hand-carved furniture to the bespoke spice blends, is designed to make you feel like you belong here.
